    Dementia Self-Management Program

    Brief Description of Event: A free program that is based on the science of chronic disease self-management.

    Developed for individuals who have been diagnosed with a dementia-related condition, or who think they might be.

    A FREE 6-week program on Wednesdays, April 16th-May 21st, 2025, 1:00PM-2:30PM Easter Standard Time (10:00-11:30 AM Pacific Time)

    You are more than your dementia diagnosis. This program is designed for people living with mild to moderate cognitive changes. Participants must be able to engage in the program independently.
