    Brief Description of Event: The Division of Geriatric Medicine at the Penn State College of Medicine is hosting a 4-part series called "Living with Dementia" on March 26, April 9, April 23, and May 15 from 10am-12pm at The Parish Community House in New Bloomfield, PA.

    This education is geared specifically toward care partners, family, friends and others who interact with People Living with Dementia (PLWD). In these sessions you will learn about Brain Change, Communication Skills, Care Partner Resources, and Financial Planning. PLWD are welcome to attend, but topics may be hard to discuss. These sessions also do not replace the official dementia screening of a provider.
