Brief Description of Event: A gentle, seated exercise class designed to support individuals with chronic conditions such as Parkinson’s, Dementia, arthritis, fibromyalgia, balance challenges, and other movement difficulties. This specialized program incorporates dance-inspired movements, rhythm, and stretching to enhance flexibility, coordination, and muscle memory. By engaging the senses—sight, sound, and touch—participants can improve balance, focus, and overall well-being in a supportive and uplifting environment.

Brief Description of Event: The Dementia Support Group is for people who are caring for people living with dementia. Caregivers can share caregiving experiences and learn new techniques in care that have been helpful to other caregivers. This support group offers a space to talk, share, brainstorm for solutions, and get the support you need. Let the dementia support group be a part of your dementia caregiver team.
