We are excited to introduce a new Dementia Friendly Community initiative in Media. Our mission is to build a Cross-Sector Community Action Team that represents the heart of our community. By engaging individuals across diverse sectors, we aim to foster collaboration and shared responsibility for meaningful change. Together, we will engage with community members to identify strengths, gaps, and priorities, creating a shared vision to guide our efforts.
